2014 Car Cruise
It was my pleasure to photograph the 2014 Morgan Hill, CA Freedom Fest Car Cruise on the 4th of July. The completed album of 112 photos includes every car participating in the parade lap. This year I took pictures of the cars from my vantage point on Main Street, just past the turn from Monterey. All pictures can be viewed at the Morgan Hill Photography Club’s SHUTTERFLY Site. 2013 Road Rally
The Morgan Hill Community Foundation held its second annual Discover Morgan Hill Road Rally July 13, 2013. About 50 participants visited various businesses and county parks to collect playing cards as they tried to get the highest poker hand. I volunteered to take pictures at several sites and at the Granada Theatre where the winner was awarded $500. Two of my pictures were published in Morgan Hill Life. Freedom Fest 2013
I volunteered to photograph the 2013 Freedom Run this year. Stood at the finish line and caught every runner …and walker… as they crossed the line. There was a 1 mile Children’s run, 5K Walk, and 5K Run. 400 Registered participants braved a VERY HOT morning. In addition……I took pictures of the Car Cruise again this year. Oh yes! And Fireworks that night. Very busy and fun July 4th in Morgan Hill. My pictures of the Freedom Fest are at the following link:
2012 Car Cruise
It was my pleasure to photograph the 2012 Morgan Hill Freedom Fest Car Cruise N’ Show on the 4th of July. The completed album of 145 photos includes every car participating in the parade lap as they exited the staging area, as well as many candid photos from the staging area parking lot before the parade.
