I have been enjoying Photography since the digital revolution. I specialize in nature and travel, but often shoot sports and portraits. I use a variety of lens, everything from super telephoto to macro and lens babies, depending on the subject.
Getting an image right in camera is important to me. I also believe that being an expert in the digital darkroom is crucial. I work diligently to ensure the final image is the best it can be.
Many of my images have been published. My image “Red-eyed Tree Frog” won the California Photo Festival Photo Contest. My picture “St. Basil’s Cathedral” was selected by the San Jose Mercury Newspaper as one of the Top 100 Travel photos.
I focus on Macro Photography and flowers, specifically Phlorography.
I plan to continue this focus in 2024.
